Your opponent's open 5pt is big. The fact that he has some numbers that don't safety his checker and you'll have a double shot with a strong forward position is big. His dilly builder on his 3pt certainly doesn't help his cause any and gammons are relatively low since you're anchored and will continue to develop normally.
