My calc says we need in the ballpark of 36% cubeless wins to take this, or a cubeless equity of 0.57. That would be a close take for $. How does this position look at $-play? We're 0/3 PRaT, our flexibility is poor, and we have an awkward blot on our 2-point. Our big asset is the four-block of opp's anchor. There are already enough checkers in the zone for us to get closed out. The only pluses on that side of the board are that the blot doesn't get covered 7/36 and when covered, the remaining gap is high in the board. All of opp's rolls that fail to cover actually allow the anchor to be broken (leading to better escaping chances). I just don't think the four-block of two back is enough to make up for all the other deficiencies.
