You chose "5" for 13/7*/5: that's great. I find L (Lift) more elegant, but that's just a personal preference. [Note that there is no issue with 8/6 competing -- it doesn't lift a blot like it does in your 31P-62S-21 position.]

O (Outer) is wrong: that refers to a half-in half-out play (ratio of 2:2), translating to 13/11(2) 8/6(2). Rather, 13/7*/5 is a ratio of 3:1, and can therefore be correctly nactated O.

If the roll is 62, then 13/7*/5 can be the non-underlined O (half-in half-out). The alternatives of 5 and L also work fine.
