Bearoff cube decision

There are different ways of tackling theese short races.

A populair kind is EPC (effective pipcount)

Another way (but with the same principals) is described in Lamford's book "Improve your Backgammon"

We need to adjust the pipcount:

white has 4 additional checkers on the board (+4x2pips) blue has a gap on 3 and 4 (+2+4 pips)

So the corrected pipcount is:

blue: 62, white: 69

Blue is ahead 7/62 = 11%

according to the 8/9/12 rule, this is a double/take
