Both sides have fairly efficient positions. Blue's gap on the four point hurts a little bit, but doubt Blue's has more than half a pip more wastage than White.

I would treat this as a straight application of Rule 62. Point of last take is 7 pips. Blue can redouble at five pips. With the half-pip adjustment I allowed, Blue would be just shy of a redouble, maybe winning 73%.
