Cube decisions that the bots can't fathom

Recently, in the context of discussing something else, Stick mentioned the following position:
Money Game
Blue on roll. Cube action?White 345 Blue 75 GNUBg Id: AADg+z74vg8AAA:cAkAAAAAAAAA
XGID=-eeeEEE-------------------:0:0:1:00:0:0:0:0:10(Strictly speaking, Stick didn't pose it as a cube problem, but gave White the cube and presented it as a backgammon variant.) This reminded me of Problem 100 in Paul Lamford's book Improve Your Game, which I recently purchased and have been working through:
Money Game
Blue on roll. Cube action?White 330 Blue 60 GNUBg Id: AAD4fD4+nw8AAA:cAkAAAAAAAAA
XGID=-eEeEeE-------------------:0:0:1:00:0:0:0:0:10Lamford says that the proper cube action here is D/T. Do you agree? What about in Stick's position—also D/T? Can you estimate wins/gammons/backgammons and White's recube efficiency?
