You only have to press once or twice. If he wants to give you money perhaps he's 'tipping' you for being such a pleasant person before and during the session? If you still have issues with accepting this, suggest that he gives his unwanted winnings to a charity, or get him to suggest a charity for you to give it to. If he still doesn't want to know, you can always bring a bigger or better box of chocolates along the next time we play. And I won't be offended if you don't want any.
