how can the opponent hasten your turn?

You know how sometimes you make a play and then the next thing to do is pick up the dice, the hand start to move but maybe you're not completely sure, maybe you might decide to think a little longer. That's allowed. If the other guy now shakes and rolls, though, it may be hard to resist the temptation to go ahead and pick up the dice. Wouldn't want to slow up the game would we? And if the play is clear to him (he's rolling, isn't he?) it's probably the right play, right?
