6pt convention

Regarding the 6pt convention, here is the wording in the current draft of the updated tutorial:

      6pt convention (order of priority):

    1. Point owned closest to 6pt (tie goes to the lower point)

    2. Blot/spare destination (except #3 below) closest to 6pt.

    3. For blot/spare destination in one’s own outer board,
    ....closer to 6pt is ranked lower.

Feel free to suggest an improvement in the wording or point out any potential confusion.
