The suggestion was clearly "no rake" to which I opposed. The rake WAS lowered in an equal manner for all participating players by $200, in order to compensate everyone equally and not gambling for it for the benefit of those who cash.

On a side-note, the hotel originally was priced $220/night single and $170/person/night double. It was then reduced to $207/night single and $300/night double. As far as I remember, you share room with your friend, bringing your room rate to $300/night. This might have also been the case for all the others who shared rooms. Not sure the mistake was on the hotelīs side for this matter.
