What you're thinking of in Snowie can be found under View >> ELO Formula and there it allows you to put in the two players' respective elos, experience, and the match length. It will then say Player X is a Y% favorite and tell you how their elo would be adjusted after said match.

If this helps you anywhere down the road I can input the numbers for you. I'm sure this will rehash the discussion on the best way to measure someone being a favorite and you'll get linked to other threads. (difference in match equity pissed away opposed to performance rating)
