1. Blue has 9 checkers in the zone, with his 5pt and 7pt made, and one of his back checkers is partially escaped. White has three checkers back and has made her 3pt. Blue is slightly ahead in the race. White should enter pretty easily so Blue's blitzing threat is not all that powerful. However, Blue also has priming potential. White's 3pt is a little deep for priming, and three checkers back isn't good in a priming battle either. The combination of Blue's blitzing and priming threats is pretty strong. Still, I think White can take since neither threat is devastating on its own so there are plenty of ways White can squirm out of this. Less sure of the take than the double, but D/T.

2. Not your typical opening blitz cube! Blue has a four-point board and threatens to hit from the bar. White is anchored, however, and Blue does have two on the bar. Also White has an outfield point and Blue has an outfield blot. I think it's too soon to give up and I would take. However, a good exchange will lose Blue's market and even if Blue dances I think he's still doing O.K., so I'd double.

3. Blue has only 8 checkers in the zone and White's board is equally strong. The race is even. White's blot on Blue's 5pt is rather exposed and Blue has a bunch of rolls that hit it. However, Blue's advantage seems pretty thin here. ND/T for me.
