Temting to hit, but I thought right away 6/4 5/4 and seeing others as well playing that, I get even confirmed more.

16 is some what duplicated as black needs to escape the prime leaving so manny return shots with a great board if you compare it with XG 's board and the structure of a 4 prime.In fact i would not mind getting hit with 16 on my 8 point

The blot you leave at 10 is worth the risk and the structure you create as well. Hitting making the 8 point is not bad, but making the 4point looks so much better. If you get hit with 1's there are still 2 checkers on 24 behind a 4 prime.
