1. At a normal score, making the 2pt would be an automatic play for me, but this is effectively DMP, so we should consider 20/11 as a candidate. But it still looks to me that White will have a harder time winning after we make the 2pt than after we run. It makes a difference that breaking our prime to PoH puts a second checker up so that White can't hit us except with 33 or 11. I play 7/2* 6/2.
2. The autopilot play is 9/5 8/off 7/3, but again since gammons don't matter (and backgammons matter less than they do at a normal score), we should consider pre-clearing the 6pt. If we pre-clear then I think we must play 7/3 so as not to be hit if White rolls 66, so the choice is between 9/5 7/3 6/2(2) and 8/4 7/3 6/2(2). I don't think there's a big difference between them but I slightly prefer 9/5 7/3 6/2(2) since it should be easier to safety a blot on the 8pt. Not sure but I'll try pre-clearing here.
3. This is gammon go. Even at a normal score I'd consider 13/4*, though I'd probably choose 24/20 13/8 in the end. Given that, 13/4* is my choice at GG.
