It's possible but not assured that 10% may drop...but I don't think much more than that. Many humans I play with will look at their 5 primeboard and not dream to pass here and may err and make a mistake later when cubed.

This just doesn't seem to be the sort of position where I'd want to risk a cube hoping for a pass vs most players. It is possible to lose this game as a race, and in that case the recube vig is strong.
