Tipping etiquette...

I remember very well that Ray Fogerlund and Sasan Taherzadeh tipped a very generous amount when they won the European Doubles Championships in Enghien-les-Bains. They tipped during the awards ceremony in public, certainly not to show off, but clearly to set an example. Others have tipped my team on various events in Europe and the US.

Maybe it would be good to have their 2 cents on this subject.
