Proctors?

Unfortunately there is always the risk of a name or more being left off of any complimentary list. (E.g. who are the most helpful posters on this site? If I named 10 I'd be leaving off 11, 12.... Name 30 and there are always 31 and 32.)

No question Perry had a lot to do with the US involvement and the overall organization of this event. Based upon e-mails I've received throughout, I'm pretty sure Stick was a contributor as well, including choosing/approving/overseeing proctoring.

Phil Simborg and Joe Russell were advisers, particularly in reviewing the tournament rules and US qualifier formats.

And then there are the many names of those I'm unfortunately leaving off, too.
