I could easily be overlooking something(s), but grabbing the two best anchors appears to be the natural choice. After making the 20-point I don't see why we want to keep the 24-point. It's likely that we will give up one of these in the not too distant future and having a choice (meaning the surviving anchor is a good one) looks important. 13/10(2) is an option but that seems like a m/l even trade. 24/21(2) is an improvement.
