I've found that it often gives a slightly higher PR compared to people's "normal" settings. We needed an official setting for our purpose, and found that this one worked for us. A long match is typically analyzed in 1-6 hours depending on the computer in use (and what that computer is doing at the same time).

I forgot to mention, you might bump into Karsten online once in a while - he's currently playing as captain for team Denmark in the Nations Cup, under the nick "PlzDontCube".
