OT - Yahtzee Problem

Hi,
for simplicity let's assume that throwing the second 1 would be a certainty.
The chance for player 1 to throw his bonus yahtzee is 11/36.
Let's also assume the yahtzee is an uncertainty
(by the way, I thought the rule was, that once you have striped the yahtzee you can't throw a bonus yahtzee anymore),
what is the chance of a small straight?
If it's (close to or) bigger than 11/36 player 1 should play for the bonus yahtzee.
Based on my experience playing this game I guess the chance is somewhat over 11/36,
I looked it up on the web and found a probability of a small straight (or better) to be 25/162,
about 16%, lower than i thought,
so player 1 should play for the 1's
