I thought the rule was, that once you have striped the yahtzee you can't throw a bonus yahtzee anymore

I don't know what you mean by 'striped' but the player on roll has already scored one yahtzee, thus the 50 in the box, and if he scores another this roll it's worth 100.

I looked it up on the web and found a probability of a small straight (or better) to be 25/162

This isn't even close to the right number.
