OT - Yahtzee Problem

I thought the odds of throwing a small straight were closer to 12%. Would that make sense for one roll or one turn (of three rolls)? I find it hard to believe that throwing 5 dice will yield a small straight every 8 throws so I'm going to assume that's for a turn of three rolls. The odds of player 1 getting the yahtzee are about 30% while the odds of him rolling another one are in the upper 90's I would imagine.

So I would say his best strategy is to roll for the additional one and have an 88% chance of winning the game.
