25 point MET

In Response To: Daily Quiz 12/21 (Stick)

I thought the most recent efforts only rolled out to a 15 point MET. Is that incorrect? If not rolled out to 25 points (which I think will be something like [25/n]^2 - 1 more work where n is number of points of the MET of the existing rollout effort) then how are these non-rolled-out MET values determined, and how reliable are they?
