On Bar Cube Decision

Yeah, I was surprised when he left the blot on the 6 instead of the 1. Either way I have two ways off the bar but surely he would rather me have the chance to get stuck on the 1 instead. I think he was thinking that if I danced then he would have better chances to fill in his prime by playing the way he did.
My computer at home is old so any good roll out takes days or even weeks. A simple roll out at work (gnubg) showed Double/Take but I don't consider that a reliable outcome given the settings.
When talking about it afterwards he told me that had I waited a turn and gotten off the bar before redoubling he still would have taken. Having a checker on his 5 pt. instead of the bar and then redoubling seems like a pretty clear pass for him. But the difference in how we analyzed that position and in our other games that night is the reason I've managed to overcome an initial 10-0 deficit in our match (or at least I like to think that's the case (just don't ask how I went down 10-0 to being with)).
