How many matches you play per week?

I have one ongoing weekly match where we usually get three or four games in. Otherwise I play against gnubg quite often and at various settings. Also I sometimes play against the computer on my Nintendo DS which has to be the worst backgammon program available. I try not to play it too often as it encourages bad habits in me. I don't feel I put in enough time to get substantially better but being an average player means it's easier to get a little better without as much effort.
