Question: Does Woosley's Doubling Rule apply in such situations?

My (related) question: Does Woolsey's Doubling Rule apply when playing a (strong) bot? One component (but not the only one) of WDR is that opponent might make an incorrect cube decision. That's less likely for a WC opponent, particularly a bot where emotions (especially fear) aren't part of the circuitry.
