I'd start with increasing the chances that any escaping checker hits on the way, so that a Blue checker is sent back to chase it. So 11/7. The the 6 23/17 I think, so that the two back checkers work together (often a correct concept in these type of positions, not sure here).

Fairly confident about 11/7, fairly unconfident about 23/17 (18/12?)
