Not sure we even want to make the 8- or 9-point but we can't do that this roll. Shadowing our 7-, 8-, and 9-points in case opp hops out is big, though. 13-point is most efficient for this in general (here in particular better than the 12-point) so start with 19/13. 16/14 follows naturally as we can't afford to split off the 11-point with the deuce (creating four immediate shots).
