This is better expressed as "normal looking 24-20*, 20-14. BK says 24-20, 13-7. QF says 24-14."

24-20 13-7 is simply an awful play and will result in more G's lost and fewer wins than hitting and making the 14 pt since it gives the opp more counterplay.

For SURE I DON'T hit for money as I don't think the added G wins are compensated for by the added losses of giving our opp more counter chances to improve his position on our side of the board.

AtS the added G's and BG's may make hitting best, but I have my doubts that a high level RO will show hitting best even then. I'd probably hit vs most players AtS since I think the game is more complicated then and I don't think hitting AtS can be far wrong.
