well, in fact I asked how should 21 be played not about nactation. But I might may a mistake about wording, since english is not my own lang. Anyway lets stop this thread :) (Nactation is a nice short cut for first 3-4 rolls.)

if there are other positions about looks and near this one, we can think and guess about moves.
