I would never say dmp when it was 2 away 2 away either, even against an opponent whom I know will not donk things up like his opponent did.

I really don't care when someone says 'deuce' when it's 30/30 but it could certainly cause problems and I don't recommend doing it. If at some point you lose track of the score and try to recreate the points if you've started labeling them deuce when it was actually 30 all it confuses things. If you've ever played no ad scoring then it would make quite a difference.
