How often do I talk myself out of hitting and then find the hit was right by a lot? Unfortunately, too often. Maybe that's going to happen again, now. Hitting leaves three blots -- two of them where we don't want them or on a point we're very unlikely to be able to cover and the third in a very good position but still difficult to cover. 25/20 is very nicely balanced with good coverage of all four quadrants. It's easy to rationalize the score effect as well in these situations but I don't know if that's pertinent or necessary. I think I've done enough rationalization for one problem.
