Method 1: take pipcount and add 0.5*(difference of outside count) ==> 59--75. KC is 20^2/130 = 3.07. (KC of 3 is 89% for leader.)

Method 2: take pipcount and add 2*(difference of outside x-overs) ==> 59--76. We're worse off and the earlier calc put us on the P/T borderline so this way it's a pass.

Close, but since we're the better player...
