Split should be easily best here. 8pt needs reinforcement, middpoint needs to be unloaded, back checkers need to be split or jump that growing prime. Split does it all.

Running play is ok, it jumps a prime and hopes to safety that checker next roll, but it fails to unstack midpoint and put a spare to the 8pt.

Making a point with 53 on 3rd roll after you opened with 42P is usually wrong as it trades one good point for a better one , but leaves a blot on the 8pt in the process and fails to do all other important things. Here it should be especially bad taking into account White's prime.
