I agree with Dmitriy's comments, and Tim's. For 42P-11N-53, S dominates, and in general for 42P-xxx-53. For money, any exceptions are by deflection (blot on 3pt, 5pt, 10pt or 16pt) or restriction (Opp made her 4pt).

For 42P-11N-53 (the main position of this thread, diagrammed above), S must be right at all scores; surely for money S (Split, 24/21 13/8) is clearly best, with R (Run, 24/16) in second place, and P (Point, 8/3 6/3) a distant third. Consider, though, the less primish cousin below, 42P-31P-53, and change the score to gammon go:
