Baffle box rolling procedure

Or you could just toss them in! I just cannot understand the obsession with how to get the dice into the box.

I made one about 25 years ago. It had four baffles, each one of them was lipped and the last one tipped the dice at a 90 degree angle so that they were tipped out as random as I could make them.

All you had to do was toss them in any old how and I was 100% satisfied that what came out the bottom was a totally random roll. I tried sliding the dice in gently with 6s at the top to see what came out, and after many, many, many goes no numbers appeared appreciably more often than its companions.

Any baffle box that has to be used with cups isn't a baffle box worth using.
