Okay. If there is a person, who don't take up the dice with his fingers, not setting it up, the dice visible all the time, throwing it - not slamming or sliding - on the first inclined plate, then i would insist of clean use of the baffle box and then director time and lipped cups, if there is no change in his behavior. Perhaps the simborg needs a roof, occluding the side with the second inclined plate, that you have to use the first, to be perfect.

If there is a player with a cheating attidude, friendly insist in correct behavior. In tournament you have to play him one time. And then it is your decision, not to play him. If you have to make a living, it could be another story, but shouldn't be playing backgammon in first line having fun?

I ordered a simborg baffle box to eliminate prolonged shaking, shaking for the third time wg. cocked dice, searching precision dice on a dark floor. Just to make the game more fluid, standardizing the process of creating randomness.

Recently i read about Gaby Horowitz. His ex-wife (prosecutor in the later Simpson case) wrote: "I should tell you that backgammon is a game of cutthroats, and it was very common for players to accuse one another of cheating." If i read this prolific post about the use of a baffle box, the thought creeps up, that a dice mechanic is a sort of premium pigeon and the times haven't chandged. Just don't play with him.

A last word to lipped cups. How much layed numbers do you need, to turn a session? Are you sure, that you bypass a screwed dice mechanic through lipped cups?
