Baffle box rolling procedure

Other possible reasons
1) Even though Phil is convinced there are perfectly good reasons why someone might doubt the randomness of the baffle box. Baffle boxes have been not so good in the past, and then the player has to hear Phil give his reasons for why this new one is different but the player just wants to start playing. It looks fine to me but it hasn't been rigorously tested. I would like to see for example the results of a few thousand dice rolls where a die is placed repeatedly the same way on the baffle box.
2) The player thinks he will get tired lifting his hand high enough to drop the dice in the box.
3) The rules have not been fully written. There could be a debate on an opening roll where one die hits another for example. Phil has some rules but they do not have official status.
4) Suppose there is a clock and maybe even a flip scoreboard. Where the doubling cube goes could be problematic. It really should be the same distance from each player and in view of each.
