What is the "Steve Sax shake"?

Unfortunately there is no youtube video of this. I did find a couple of pictures which at least starts to give you an idea.

First, he has a nice board and uses these types of cups. It's only worth mentioning because those cups have a distinctive sound when you shake the dice, esp. when you shake them Steve Sax style.

Second, Steve is a lefty shaker. He is just getting into his motion here. He has a sort of slow, methodical shake that extends rather high. His motion goes from where he picks the cup up to up by his ear and back down again a few times.

Lastly, this motion has obviously developed some muscles over the years as we've all seen Steve toss anything from a telephone that rang at the wrong time to tossing a chair that was clearly misbehaving at the time.

Not sure if that does the Sax Shake justice, maybe someone will video it and upload it for you one day.
