For how many players? The site MishyPoo linked is fine, but only if you print the bracket for the exact number of players. If you just use their 8 and 16 brackets, you will need to be careful how you place the first round byes if you want the byes to be fairly distributed in the second chance.

What kind of tournament are you talking about? I wouldn't use A4 for anything beyond a local club event. If you are interested in larger brackets (D/A1) let me know.
