You are priming White, it's usually bad to overstack the mid if you don't have to. 16 10 leaves a shot but getting hit doesn't really hurt much since White has no board and a hit strips the mid--for example, 31, 64, 42, 43, 45, 44 are all strongly duplicated. Your goal is to improve the prime and make points and 16 10 is clearly best for that purpose.
