In Response To: Purpose of clocks - an alternative to CONSIDER (Steve Hast)

Steve, you will be the tournament director for the big tournament in Pittsburgh over Labor Day. I am requesting that you please tell us your clock policy in detail. Also, will you be running the Indianapolis format with the assistance of Butch Meese?
