Why best move?

I'd play 13/5 here OTB (in the position of Stick and Mary I would have missed the slot OTB and would have made Mary's play). My reasoning would be:

- Behind in the race, advantage in priming and timing

- High anchor cuts down on possible gammon losses

- Good chance to build a winning 6 prime

- Even if I do not slot, 4s are very strong for opp (David's point)
