Dmitry is for sure strong player as i know him pretty well from GridGammon, i can bet he can outplay at least 10 of the current top 32 giants.
The question of Giants i guess is already long discussed-it is a popularity contest, some players need longer time to appear in giants, some "fishes" win 1 event and become giants.
When everybody was talking that Sander is probably best in the world before 6 years he was 34 in the Giants...not in the top 32...but some players wth one tourney win, with recorded live finals of 6-7+ PR's are in-those players usually hide themself cause they know they are not that good but they like the attention they get and they like the fact people think they are strong
I'm sure he(Dmitry) will get in one day, maybe in 2 years in the list especially if he continue attending events:)
