I'll have a crack this problem:

White's has close to a five-roll position, = 36 epc. I'll add 1 because they aren't all stacked up, so there are some misses. I'll estimate epc = 37.

Blue has borne off nicely, but there is still a man on the ace, so I don't think wastage will have got below 7. I'll estimate epc = 38.

It's a pip vs. rolls position, so the point of last take is 5-3 = 2 pips behind. White is three pips better than this, which means that Blue has an initial double.

Double, take.
