I simply add 7 pips to the Keith count (excluding 1/7) to obtain the EPC equivalent. This application is pretty useful across a broad range of bearoff's but some positions require minor adjustments +/-.

I agree, blue's EPC is rather simple. White's EPC is: 4 pips for the ace, 1 pip for the deuce, 1 pip for 3pt and 1 pip each for the gaps on the 5 & 6pts making 8+7 = 15. EPC's are 38-38.
