We could make the 9-point to avoid the 66 joker next turn. However that may not eliminate the problem that roll could generate but rather only delay it. Meanwhile other plays make it more likely that we can close the problem 3-point.

14/8, 11/6 gives us 15 numbers to accomplish that next turn plus 22 to shift our gap. Other candidates that leave four points with builders have issues with the 55 roll in addition to 66.
