Some years back there was a TV commercial for military recruitment whose punch line (paraphrased) was "we get more done by 9 AM than most people do all day". Karen brings that statement into reality.

Backgammon has a lot of dreamers, but doers like Karen are rare. Her work with the USBGF is at highest the 3rd most important thing in her life, but look how much she has accomplished there, and continues to do so.

Thanks, Karen. If backgammon had an award similar to the one you just received from the AHA you would be at the top of the list of deserved recipients.
