Thanks for the clarification. Of the top 20 attendees, all are currently playing Open. AFAIK Alex Gerding only recently moved up to Open so I assume most of his events tallied are Int/Adv/Amateur-JP. CJC doesn't typically play Masters (nor Amateur) but the other 18 do.

FYI (particularly Europeans), "Masters" (Jackpot) is a side-event in the US. The highest main event category is called "Open" or "Championship". Although it's technically possible for someone of less than top caliber (in the eye's of the particular tournament's eligibility committee) to play Masters and then the second tier main event (i.e. Advanced or Intermediate), such would be an extremely rare occurrence, if it's ever happened. However, there are many instances of people entering both Amateur/Limited Jackpot and the Open main event.
