What book is recommended for improving cube skills?

I think everyone would agree that Kit's Cube Reference Positions is an essential start. After that, there's really no solid material all found in one place. They can pick from other books or articles online or even these forums via the search option but there's so much to cover concerning the cube, and it's a huge part of the game, it's surprising what a lack of condensed information there is.
I also have no shame and will recommend lessons with myself tailored around the cube. I already have existing lessons for the essentials of holding games, backgames, early game blitzes, races, prime v. primes, etc... Cube play in these types of games should be almost second nature for the strong player.
